Gentlemen, Members of the Consular Corps Bombay,

Bombay. The work that you are called to do produces benefits not only for your
own countries but also contributes much to the development and progress of this
noble nation of India. Mutual respect and cooperation such as yours cannot but
produce beneficial results and serves as a further proof of the brotherhood of
nations which is a guarantee for peace and prosperity. People everywhere are
most desirous of creating an atmosphere in which they are able to grow, develop
and progress. We wish you well in your task and We encourage you to find more
securely the bonds that unite all men in the one family of God. Upon you and
